Requirements for All Vendor/Exhibitor Booths:

  • Cost of booth – Free to RSFBC members
  • Cost of booth for non-RSFBC members - $25.00
  • 1 6ft table & 2 chairs (please bring your own tablecloth)
  • Trash Receptacles: All vendor/exhibitors must clean their booths through the event. Please bring large plastic bags to debris. There will be large trash receptacles onsite.
  • Load-in/Set-up times 9-9:45 a.m.
  • Tear-down/Load-out times 1-1:45 p.m.
  • All registered participants will receive information via email
  • Please provide a gift for the Community Day Raffle held during the event.
